What is thalemine ?

Perform the gene ontology analysis

  1. Go the thalemine website : https://bar.utoronto.ca/thalemine/begin.do

  2. Open the files exported from R that contain the lists of Differentially expressed genes you want to use. These file are in the “.csv” or “.txt” formats, but can be usually opened using Excel.
